TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Cancellation Policy: 50% of the deposit per person will be charged to defray costs for cancellations once deposit is received. Final payment will be due 75 days prior to departure, after which there will be no refunds for cancellation. There are no refunds on any unused sightseeing tours once purchased. 

Taxes and service charges are subject to change, based on supplier and/or government increase.

Deviations: Any deviations from the programmed itinerary are subject to a $300.00 per person deviation fee plus any additional airfare and/or supplier fees.

Optional Group Tour Extensions: Offered Optional Extensions are not available independently, but only as a continuation of the Group tour.  Roommates are expected to travel together throughout both tours.  Interruption of roommate participation may result in additional fees.

Children: TCI regrets that we cannot accept children younger than five years old on our group tours. All transportation during group tours is by motor coach. Since most motor coaches do not accommodate car seats or other restraints appropriate for children, the tour operators cannot assume the liability for permitting them on our tours. Our concern is for the safety and comfort of all of our passengers

Insurance: Travel Counsellors, Inc. cannot be responsible for late cancellations. We strongly recommend that you purchase trip cancellation insurance. An application will be sent upon receipt of deposit.

Currency Fluctuation: Should the value of the US Dollar fall by 3% or more, any increased cost may be passed on to the traveler.

Documents: Final tour documents, including airline tickets, hotel and air itineraries and detailed instructions will be sent approximately 30 days prior to departure date.

RESPONSIBILITY

Travel Counsellors, Inc. (herein called the Company) acts only as an agent for the hotels, airlines, bus companies, railroads, steamship lines or owners or contractors providing accommodations, transportation or other services, and all coupons, exchange orders, receipts, contracts and tickets issued by the Company are issued subject to any and all tariffs, terms and other conditions under which any accommodations, transportation or any other services whatsoever are provided by such hotels, airlines, bus companies, railroads, steamship lines or owners or contractors, and by the acceptance of such coupons, exchange orders, receipts, contracts and tickets the tour members agree to the foregoing and also agree that neither the Company nor any of its affiliates or subsidiary companies shall become liable or responsible for any loss, injury or damage to person, property or otherwise in connection with any accommodations, transportation or other services or resulting, directly or indirectly, from acts of God, dangers incident to the sea, fire, breakdown of machinery or equipment, acts of governments or other authorities, de jure or de factor, wars whether declared or not, hostilities, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, theft, pilferage, epidemics, quarantines, medical or customs regulations, delays, or cancellations of or changes in itinerary or schedules, or from any causes beyond the Company’s control, or for any loss or damage resulting from improper or insufficient passports, visas or other documents, and that neither the Company nor any of its affiliated or subsidiary companies shall be or become liable or responsible for any additonal expense or liability sustained or incurred by the tour member as a result of any of the foregoing causes. Airlines concerned are not to be held responsible for any act, omission, or event, during the time passengers are not on board their aircraft.
TCI may use photographs taken during this tour for marketing and promotional purposes. Participation in this tour shall be deemed consent for TCI to use your photograph and likeness in its publications, including its website and your release of TCI from any expectation of confidentiality or liability therefrom.
